If a customer wants delivery in a war zone area or in sanctioned country we do not take any guarantee of delivery by DHL. However, we have other logistic options for you.

If residents of war zone country or economic sanctioned country makes an order we will cancel it, and refund the amount. However, in the process of refund paypal will deduct certain amount which depends on your local card and paypal. This can be known at the end at the time of refund.
