What Are Hydrosols?

Hydrosols — also called floral waters — are the aromatic water produced alongside the essential oil during steam distillation. Far gentler and more diluted than the oil itself, they can be used directly on skin without further dilution, making them ideal for facial mists, room sprays, and subtle everyday aromatherapy.

Hydrosols are lower-yield and more delicate to produce than essential oils, so most of ours are distilled to order rather than held in regular stock — please allow extra lead time, or contact us in advance to confirm availability. Our hydrosols include:
